**First Class Thurs. Sept. 27 2012**

This weekly programme has been running consistently since 2006. This year we will focus on the study of the Qur’an, Hadith and Islamic History. We hope to inculcate an atmosphere conducive to learning and mutual co-operation. The lectures will be followed by complimentary light refreshments and an opportunity for informal questions and discussion. It is hoped that the lectures highlight aspects of classical Islamic learning and texts to provide the basis for further investigation and study.
