FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

LONG TERM FINANCIAL STABILITY

The Q-Institute will generate income to consolidate our growth and remove the need for repeated rounds of fund-raising. This will allow us to develop new grassroots programmes and establish research fellowships.

Additionally, transferring CEI and Qx programmes from hired classrooms and conference rooms to the Q-Institute will reduce the expenditure of hiring premium spaces in central London.

INCOME STREAMS: RESIDENTIAL

The Q-Institute will house multiple income generation streams that will allow CEI to become self-sustaining. Given the central London location, the income streams will God willing, be reliable and substantial and allow us to build on our work and leave a legacy for future generations.

Premium residential apartments will allow for regular income as well provide the space to facilitate students and visiting faculty and fellows when the need arises.

INCOME STREAMS: COMMERCIAL

Commercial spaces such as a new café, bookshop and art gallery will be at the heart of the institute, helping to nurture a community while generating regular, substantial income.

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

This income will fund employees to sustain the investment, cover the costs of running current activities, allow for growth and also allow us to further subsidise courses based on need.
