THEMES & DATES

OVERVIEW

Q-Reflect explores a series of core themes rooted in selected Qur’anic passages, examined through both scholarly insight and practical reflection. Each session moves from text to meaning, and from meaning to lived experience.

THEMES ACADEMIC YEAR 2026

Themes such as provocation, success and leadership approach the Qur’an not only as sacred text, but as a guide for emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and personal growth. Each topic is explored in two parts: a Qur’anic Deep Dive, followed by a group Reflection & Application workshop that connects timeless wisdom to contemporary practice.

Together, these sessions invite participants to rethink familiar concepts through a Qur’anic lens, fostering deeper self-awareness and more purposeful engagement with everyday life.

Qur’anic Deep Dive

Part One: Brief Tafsir

The first half of the evening begins with a guided reading and exegetical deep dive into these profound verses.

This introduction will set the stage for a reflective exploration of how the Qur’an redefines our understanding of success, moving beyond conventional measures to reveal the enduring, inner dimensions of true achievement.

Reflection & Application

Part Two: Group Reflect

The second half of the evening consists of an interactive workshop, where attendees will analyse the traits of success described in the verses, compare them with modern rules of achievement, and reflect on their practical application in daily life.

Through small-group discussion, structured exercises, and guided reflection, participants will construct a model of success, uncover key insights, and connect the Qur’anic vision of achievement to personal growth and spiritual fulfillment.
