FORTY HADITH

CRAWLEY CLASSES

During the current academic year, we will be going through Imam Nawawi’s 40 Hadith. Course material will be provided, with the Arabic and English translation of the material. The CEI book also includes Mufti Muhammad’s class notes for each hadith. The course material is presented and displayed via the projector in the class for the students to take notes in their textbooks.

FORTY HADITH

Imam al-Nawawi’s collection is from amongst the most famous of the Forty Hadith genre. Religious scholars have described this collection as being the “axis of Islam”, “half of Islam” or “the third of Islam”.

The original CEI book celebrated ‘Arba’in is authored by Mufti Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari, and was taught during the inaugural academic year of the CEI London Academy from 2010 to 2011. This textbook has been designed to enhance the CEI student learning experience and contains the necessary space for note-taking.
