Please read through frequently asked questions. These FAQs are updated each year once the London Short Course registration opens.

  1. Is there a discount for purchasing a ticket early?

Yes, there is an early bird discount only until the 1st week before the start of term 1.

 

  1. When do ticket sales end, and can I register after the course has started or after missing the first session?

Ticket sales will be closed only when class allocation is at total capacity.

 

  1. Can I pay in instalments?

There is only an option to pay in instalments for specific programs, which will be indicated on registration.

 

  1. Cooling off period and Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Do you require any books for this course?

Course material is provided, and any additional book is offered to students at a cost for non-essential material.

Lost course material will be provided only to students at a replacement cost.

No PDF material is provided for our courses.

 

  1. Is there any option for online attendance?

Attendance is in person only unless there are exceptional cases of strikes in transport and venue shutdown.

 

  1. Can I do a drop-in taster session?

Drop-in sessions are only available at the beginning of the course. They are on a discretionary basis for those who want to sign up for the program at its inception but are unsure or potentially new students.’

Drop-in sessions will incur costs and must-see registration on attending.

There is no drop-in for attending individual classes as pick-and-mix attendance. This also applies to missed sessions due to non-availability to attend.

 

  1. Can I let someone attend in my place if I am unable to come?

Tickets can be purchased for any person and are registered for them as stated in the registration attendance.

They are non-transferable upon starting the course and between students in any part of the course within mid-sessions.

 

  1. What happens if I miss a class?

We suggest you partner with a fellow student to catch up on any missed session material.

There is no availability to give your place to anybody else when you cannot attend.

 

  1. Can I get any recordings?

We do not currently offer any recording or access to online recordings.

 

  1. Can I get any teacher notes?

Teacher notes may only be provided at their discretion and only then be issued by official means to register students.
