Enrolling is available online. Please click on the register link and enrol online. Enrolment is at the beginning of each term or you can chose to enrol students for the full year. Our term dates can be found on our website.

Yes, we apply discounts for siblings. To qualify for this discount, students must be siblings and from the same household. A further 15% discount is available if you enrol for the full year (all 3 terms are included).
No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We provide a discount for enrolment for the full year to ensure we can plan for the full academic year.
Once we are at capacity or once term has started, we will close registration until the following term. We encourage parents to enrol as early as possible so they do not miss out.
We have introduced the Klarna service to support installment payments. Please register online where this will be available when making payment.

Course material is provided by way of curriculum booklets and worksheets. Some additional materials may be required in the elder classes, these will be class specific and at the discretion of the teacher to determine.
Attendance is in person only.
We discourage drop in sessions as this is a distraction for other students. Please speak with CEI Admin about the classes, teaching material and methods before term begins which should provide you with all the information you require. Additionally, please join our end of term parent’s consultation session where you can will get an overview of the previous term achievements, you can meet the teachers and understand the curriculum and you can even meet current parents and students. Dates for the end of term consultation are on line and it is free to attend!
There is no drop-in for attending individual classes as pick-and-mix attendance.
No, you must ensure that the correct student is enrolled at the beginning of each term.
Enrolments are non-transferable and between students in any part of the term. We take a weekly register for all students.
We suggest you partner with a fellow student to catch up on any missed session material.
There is no availability to give your place to anybody else when you cannot attend and as we are a volunteering, there isn’t the ability to get additional teaching for missed lessons.
All students must attend all classes; there is no option to pick and choose.
No, we provide work booklets, handouts and conduct exercises in class. This will allow you to see what material has been covered.
Yes, these are a mandatory part of our curriculum. If you do not attend activity lesson, we may not accept future enrolment.
15. Do I have to attend the Parent’s Consultation?
Yes, this is mandatory part of our curriculum. It provides you with the opportunity to meet all teaching staff, to discuss student progress and receive end of term test results. The teachers can also support you with any additional questions you have on student performance. Additionally, you can find out more about the Academy and the term.
16. How long has CEI been teaching for?
CEI has been running the Kids Academy at Hazelwick School since 2008. Prior to that, we were teaching at local community centres.
17. Who are the teachers and what qualifications do they have?
All teachers are qualified professionals who have at a minimum degree level education. They have experience of the subject that they are teaching at minimum A-Level standard. The syllabus is set centrally by qualified subject matter experts and for Maths and English, the syllabus supports the national curriculum.
The lessons are designed to help students pass exams through techniques and past paper questions. The Islamic Studies is based on refining English language and literature skills using Islamic texts. All teachers have been through adult learning at CEI for a number of years.
