Please read through frequently asked questions. These FAQs are updated each year once the Q – Connect registration opens.

1. Is there a discount for purchasing a ticket early?

Yes, there is an early bird discount only until the 1st week before the start of term 1.

2. When do ticket sales end, and can I register after the course has started or after missing the first session?

Ticket sales will be closed only when class allocation is at total capacity.

3. Can I pay in instalments?

There is only an option to pay in instalments for specific programs, which will be indicated on registration.

4. Cooling off period and Cancellation and Refunds

5. Do you require any books for this course?

Course material is provided via an online share point (Dropbox). The link to this will be provided once you register for the full course.

6. Are there any in-person events as part of Q-Connect?

Attendance is online only for Q-Connect. We have ad-hoc in-person events every year at the start and end of the course.

7. Can I do a drop-in taster session?

We have a taster session at the start of every year, which will give an introduction to the course and an opportunity to ask questions before enrolling onto the full course.

8. Can I let someone attend in my place if I am unable to come?

Tickets can be purchased for any person and are registered for them as stated in the registration attendance.

They are non-transferable upon starting the course and between students in any part of the course within mid-sessions.

9. What happens if I miss a class?

We suggest:

– You partner with a fellow student to catch up on any missed session material
– Reading any material provided in the Dropbox folder for the session missed

10. Can I get any recordings?

We do not currently offer any recording or access to online recordings.

11. Can I get any teacher notes?

Teacher notes may only be provided at their discretion and only then be issued by official means to registered students. As stated above, all required course material is provided via an online share point (Dropbox).
