WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Q-Immersion offers students with a choice of accommodation, a full three course meal, as well as course material. We strongly recommend attendees arrive in Oxford on Friday so that they are fresh and ready for the early start on Saturday.

ACCOMMODATION
– Accommodation for one or two nights in either standard or en-suite rooms. Separate accommodation blocks for males and females.
– Each room will come with a bed, desk and a sink. Essential toiletries including towels are included.
– Toilets and kitchen will be shared with other conference attendees for standard rooms.
FOOD
– Full English vegetarian breakfast: Sunday (and Saturday for those staying on Friday night).
– Formal dinner on Saturday: 3-course formal halal meal.
– Coffee/tea/light refreshments throughout the weekend.
– Saturday and Sunday lunch not included.
COURSE MATERIALS
– Course materials: Sura in Arabic and English.
– Articles to be studied in workshops.
– Workshop guide.
