Every term, CEI hosts an eight week short course in central London on a variety of topics and themes.

TERM 1

HIKAM AND LIVES OF MAN
An exciting eight week course which explored selective themes about the nature of mankind (Insaan) in the Qur’an, and the stages mankind (Insaan) passes through prior to birth, in this world and after death, in Imam al-Haddad’s Lives of Man.
The Short Course also explored selected Hikam’s of Ibn ‘Ataillah.
TERM 2

QURAN SHORT COURSE
An exciting and comprehensive eight week short course on twelve commonly recited Suras of the noble Qur’an.
The short course also provided an insightful and engaging reading of four key Suras, which explored how the Qur’an discusses these four great Prophets and reflected upon the personal lessons contained therein.

ROAD TO RAMADAN
“O Allah, make the months of Rajab and Sha’ban blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadan”
In these six sessions we discussed some of the spiritual and physical benefits of fasting during Ramadan.
